Cancellation Policy We value your time, and ours 🤍 To provide the best experience for all clients, we require the following: 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service total. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service total. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or need to reschedule, and will still be subject to the full service charge. We understand that life happens — please communicate as soon as possible if something comes up. This policy allows us to respect our time, our business, and other clients who want appointments.
